Summary

We led a visual identity evaluation and refresh that put the food back at the center of the brand. From a complete overhaul of food and lifestyle photography to modernized logos, packaging, and merchandising standards, every element was designed to feel more human, more craveable, and more current. Supported by a street-level audit and clear communication zones across digital, OOH, and in-store, the refreshed system gave Firehouse Subs a cohesive visual language built to show up confidently wherever guests encountered the brand.
