Summary

We developed an app-centric grand opening strategy designed to surprise and stick. By putting craveable, restaurant-style food front and center and pairing it with the offers, rewards, and ease guests expect, we expanded what a c-store visit could feel like. Supported by a fully integrated campaign across in-store, digital, and social channels, the launch extended engagement beyond opening day and helped turn early visits into lasting relationships.
